Super friendly hosts that met us at the boat stop upon arrival. Location was brilliant, close to key sights and a supermarket. The apartment was bigger than expected and well equipped. We loved the experience of staying in a typical Venice apartment.
The windows were not double glazed, so we could hear noise from the road in the morning. The living space was very small, and the bathroom seemed a bit run down.

The location was superb, close to Ca D´oro station and Rialto Bridge. Super friendly hosts met us at the boat stop. The apartment was bigger than expected and well-equipped. The bedroom had a spacious and comfortable bed. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies.
Can't fault anything about it.

The apartment is lovely and centrally located, making it convenient for exploring Venice. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen is a great feature for those who enjoy cooking their meals while on vacation. Having a washing machine in the apartment is a bonus, especially for longer stays or for travelers who prefer to travel light.
Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom to be unnecessary and took up space.

I had an excellent stay at the apartment. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were super friendly and met me at the boat stop. The location was brilliant, with easy access to the Rialto Bridge and other important sites in Venice. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, exceeding my expectations. Despite being an old building, it was very clean and had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the kitchenware and washing machine, as well as the separate room to store my luggage after check-out. Although the windows were not double glazed, the area was generally quiet and I wasn't greatly disturbed. I had an unforgettable experience living in this typical Venice apartment. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of the apartment is excellent, with easy access to waterbus stops and main tourist attractions such as San Marco and Rialto. The bedroom is spacious and has a large, comfortable bed. The apartment is well-equipped with necessary kitchenware and even a washing machine for convenience.
The windows in the apartment are not double glazed, so there can be some noise from the street in the mornings.
